Account and data

Your account keeps your sessions, journeys and subscription together across devices.

Signing in

You can continue with Google, sign in with Apple (on supported devices), or use an email address with a password or a 6-digit code sent to your inbox. Use the same method each time so your library follows you.

Language

The app is available in English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, German and Japanese. Session content has its own Content Language setting, so you can use the app in one language and listen in another.

Deleting your account

1. If you subscribe through the App Store or Google Play, cancel that subscription in the store first (see Credits and subscriptions). Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. The app will remind you if one is still active.
2. Go to Settings, scroll to Danger Zone, tap Delete Account and confirm.

Deletion is permanent. It removes your sessions, journeys and other data along with your login, and it can't be undone. If you subscribed on the web, that subscription is cancelled as part of deletion.
