Voices and session length

You choose who narrates each session after you've reviewed its script.

Choosing a voice

On the Choose a voice step, voices are grouped into Your Cloned Voices, Matching Language and Other Languages. Tap the play button next to any voice to hear a sample. Voices marked with a plan label need that plan; tapping one shows Upgrade to use this voice.

On Premium you can also slow the voice down or speed it up (up to 20% either way) before generating.

Cloning your own voice

On Premium you can create one clone of your own voice and use it to narrate your sessions. Open Create → Your voice and follow the three steps: name it, record, finish.

• Record or upload at least 30 seconds of clear speech (up to 5 samples; m4a, mp3, wav, webm or mp4, up to 25 MB each).
• A quiet room and your normal speaking pace work best.
• You'll be asked to confirm: "This is my voice. I authorize Hypnothera to create and use a clone of it."

How long will my session be?

There's no separate length setting for a custom session — the length comes from the script. The estimate is shown while you review it (the ~N min chip) and again with the cost before you generate. A slower voice makes the same script a little longer. To change the length, ask for a shorter or longer session in the chat, or edit the script.

The longest session you can generate depends on your plan: up to 20 minutes on Free and up to 90 minutes on Premium.
